Annet Mahendru
Mahendru is the child of Mahendru, who has a Russian Indian mother and a Hindu Afghan father. Mahendru fluently speaks German Russian English. Annet Mahendru has a Russian-Indian father. When she was 11, she choreographed a performance that gained her an appearance on German TV as a graceful Russian snow maiden who transforms into a lively Indian dancer. She finished high school in New York and received a Bachelor of Arts in English at St. John's University. Following high school, she attended acting classes at HB however she opted to improvise classes at Groundlings School. She then took on several comedy roles. She was created in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) and Russian Olga (mother). Her family relocated to East Meadow New York, along with her father, when she turned 13 and stars with Matthew Rhys and Keri Russel in FX's The Americans. In FX's The Americans as Nina Sergeevna Krilova is her most notable television appearance. She is known for her recurring roles on The Following on Fox, The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
