In the last few months, she made her debut as a director for the film short THE GOD WHO SEES featuring Nicole C. Mullen. In the film, the two wrote the music together. Gifford has donated to numerous charities helping children such as Childhelp as well as the Association to Benefit Children and Cassidy's Place. The two houses named after her children were called Cassidy's Place & Cody House.
